MTC PHA

PHA’s are conducted in A Building West Wing

FTUS are highly encouraged to contact PHA personnel ahead of time to find out how to prepare (what to bring, who needs to fast, etc.)

The most common mistake made is the entire unit reporting to PHA at 0700. Units find staggering arrival times decreases standing time. Have the first team (usually senior leaders and over 40) report to PHA at 0700 and the other teams report to alternate training such as classrooms, DL lab, or FATS trainer. Provide each team leader with a tentative report time, but ensure you have a means to contact the team leader as their start time may shift.
