MAROA, Illinois - The family of fallen Illinois Army National Guard Spc. Jeremy Ridlen, mother, Cheryl, sister, Amanda and twin brother, Jason, are joined by U.S. Congressman Rodney Davis, Brig. Gen. Rodney Boyd, Assistant Adjutant General – Army and Commander of the Illinois Army National Guard, and Sgt. 1st Class Phillip Tuttle, during the unveiling of the plaque, dedicating the Maroa, Illinois, post office in honor of Ridlen, during a ceremony Oct. 25 at the Maroa Fire Department. Ridlen, who served in the 1544th Transportation Company, based in Paris, Illinois, was killed in action May 23, 2004, in Iraq.
