What is Family Readiness? |

| A Family Readiness Group (FRG) is a volunteer organization of soldiers and civilian employees (single or
married) and family members belonging to the unit. A FRG provides an avenue of mutual support and assistance and a network of communication
among the family members, the chain of command, and community resources. |
