Lisboa, Portugal - Illinois Army National Guard Deputy Assistant Adjutant General Brig. Gen. Michael Eastridge listens to the discussion during staff talks in May between Illinois National Guard senior leaders and the Portuguese Armed Forces. The talks were held at the National Ministry of Defense in Lisbon, Portugal. The Illinois National Guard and the Portuguese Armed Forces established a State Partnership Program last year.
