SPRINGFIELD, Illinois - A Blackhawk helicopter provides aerial support above Forward Operating Base Ghazni, Afghanistan. August 28 marks the 13th anniversary of a Taliban attack on the base on which 16 members of the Illinois Army National Guard’s Bilateral Embedded Staff Team A-11 were deployed alongside Polish Land Forces.
