Winchester, Illinois - Staff Sgt. Tyler Smolenski, of Rockford, Illinois, hands off a sandbag to a fellow 123rd Field Artillery Soldier during flood duties on the levee system near Winchester, Illinois. Soldiers from 2nd Battalion, 123rd Field Artillery Regiment were called to State Active Duty by Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker to assist with flooding along the Mississippi and Illinois Rivers.
