Cody, Wyom. - Technician 5 Joseph Mulvaney received long-overdue military funeral honors March 29, 2019 at a memorial service in Cody, Wyoming. Mulvaney, an Illinois Army National Guard member when he deployed to the Pacific Theater for World War II, was murdered in Iowa in 1963. His remains were discovered in Thermopolis, Wyoming in 1992.
