Rich Neely, the 40th Adjutant General of Illinois, relinquishes command of the Illinois National Guard to Governor JB Pritzker during a change of command ceremony May 4 at Glenwood High School in Chatham, Illinois. Following the change of command, Neely retired from the Illinois National Guard after 40 years of military service.
