Hines, Ill. - Maj. Gen. Rodney Boyd, the Adjutant General of Illinois and Commander of the Illinois National Guard, spoke at the Edward Hines Jr. Veterans Affairs Hospital's Veterans Day Parade and served as the Master of Ceremonies for the event on Nov. 8 at the hospital in Hines, Illinois. Maj. Gen. Boyd was introduced by the hospital's director, James Doelling. The hospital serves more than 46,000 Veterans living in the surrounding 10-county area of Illinois.
