EFFINGHAM, Illinois - Maj. Gen. Rodney Boyd, The Adjutant General of Illinois, and Commander of the Illinois National Guard, presents Capt. Andrew Klein, Commander, Company B, 2nd Battalion, 130th Infantry Regiment with the Illinois state flag during the unit’s mobilization ceremony Feb. 8 in Effingham.
