Winchester, Illinois - Soldiers from the 123rd Field Artillery Regiment place sandbags along the levee system near Winchester, Illinois. The Soldiers were called to State Active Duty by Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker to assist with flood duties along the Mississippi and Illinois Rivers.
