WINCHESTER, Ill. - Soldiers from Headquarters and Headquarters Battery, 2nd Battalion 123rd Field Artillery take sandbags from the back of a Gator Utility Vehicle while working on the Clark County Drainage Levee on the Illinois River near Valley City, Illinois, June 5.
