Springfield, IL - Illinois National Guard Soldier Spc. Mark Wehde of Plainfield, Illinois receives a certificate of completion of the 92G Culinary Specialist Reclassification Course from Lt. Col. Michael Hough, Commander, 2nd Battalion, 129th Regiment (RTI). Wehde was selected as the Honor Graduate for Phase II. He was among 15 Army Reserve and National Guard Soldiers from 10 states to graduate from the course June 18.
