Springfield, IL - Illinois National Guard Soldier Sgt. Patrick Wells of West Union, Illinois receives a certificate of completion of the 92G Culinary Specialist Reclassification Course from Lt. Col. Michael Hough, Commander, 2nd Battalion, 129th Regiment (RTI). Wells was selected as the Distinguished Honor Graduate for Phase II. He was among 15 Army Reserve and National Guard Soldiers from 10 states to graduate from the course June 18
