MARSEILLES, Illinois - Staff Sgt. Anthony Miller, 2nd Battalion, 130th Infantry Regiment, Illinois Army National Guard, smiles as he walks to the finish of the 12 mile road march at the Region IV Best Warrior Competition, Marseilles Training Center, Marseilles, Illinois, Aug. 23. Miller started day 4 of the competition only needing to finish the road march to secure first place.
