CHICAGO - Maj. Gen. Richard Neely, the Adjutant General, Illinois National Guard, hands the guidon for the 108th Sustainment Brigade to its new commander, Lt. Col. Timothy Newman, at the change of command ceremony in Chicago, Illinois, Sep. 12. Newman assumed command of the 108th at the Northwest Armory in the Humbolt Park neighborhood, the unit is known as “Chicago’s Brigade.”
