Springfield, IL - Maj. Gen. Rodney Boyd (right), the Assistant Adjutant General - Army of the Illinois National Guard and Commander of the Illinois Army National Guard, presents Brig. Gen. (ret.) Chris Lawson with a Lincoln bust in appreciation for his speaking at the Illinois Army National Guard Commander's Guidance Seminar. Brig. Gen. Lawson spoke on leadership. The Illinois Army National Guard Commander's Guidance Seminar was held Nov. 14-16 at the Bank of Springfield Center in Springfield, Illinois. The seminar allows Illinois Army National Guard leaders to provide guidance and intent to command teams and allows those teams to share ideas and network.
