Chicago, IL - Maj. Gen. Rich Neely, the Adjutant General of the Illinois National Guard, spoke to the Young Presidents' Organization Nov. 15 at the University Club in Chicago, Illinois. During the event Neely spoke about the 300-year history of the ILNG, the ILNG's state partnership with Poland, global affairs, new military technological capabilities, military cyber security, defense industrial modernization and the state of Illinois economic development.
