Rantoul, Ill. - Maj. Gen. Rodney Boyd, the Adjutant General of Illinois and Commander of the Illinois National Guard, awards the Illinois Distinguished Service Medal to Col. (retired) Maurice Rochelle during Rochelle's retirement ceremony as Lincoln's Challenge Academy Director June 23 at the LCA campus in Rantoul, Illinois. Lincoln’s Challenge Director Rochelle is set to retire after three years of leading the Illinois National Guard-administered youth life skills and education program.
