Governor activates 90 additional Illinois National Guard Members for COVID-19 Support operations

Illinois Governor JB Pritzker has activated about 90 additional Illinois National Guard Soldiers and Airmen from throughout the state in support of COVID-19 response operations.

A Soldier with the 634th Brigade Support Battalion based in Springfield, Illinois, has his blood pressure taken as part of a medical screening April 2. Approximately 30 Soldiers from the 634th will assist in COVID-19 support at Stateville Correctional Facility providing medical screenings to help control an outbreak.
